Marketing Sales Officer (MEDREP)

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in sales, business development, partnerships, event marketing, or as a Medical Representative. Experience in healthcare or related industries is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficient in presentation preparation and delivery, both in-person and online.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig City.

Job Description:

• Develop sales strategies, identify business opportunities, and acquire B2C partnerships with schools, offices, hospitals, clinics, LGUs, and community groups to achieve monthly and year-to-date sales targets.
• Conduct lead generation, cold calling, field visits, and client meetings to introduce Shinagawa’s healthcare services and build relationships with potential and existing partners.
• Establish and maintain partnerships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, and other healthcare professionals to generate patient referrals and expand business opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, marketing materials, and partnership documents to support client acquisition and engagement.
• Coordinate partnership discussions, agreements, and the preparation and signing of MOAs or Service Agreements in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to plan and implement healthcare events, medical activities, health check-ups, and brand activations at partner locations.
• Oversee event implementation, ensure smooth service delivery, monitor sales targets, and gather client and customer feedback.
• Maintain strong communication with partners, address concerns, and support ongoing relationship management, renewals, and retention efforts.
• Develop and coordinate marketing collaterals and promotional materials to increase partner engagement and awareness of Shinagawa’s services.
• Monitor market trends, maintain updated healthcare service knowledge, and develop effective sales and marketing strategies.
• Maintain an updated database of prospective and existing partners, track engagement and performance, and conduct post-event evaluations and lead follow-ups.
• Attend industry events, meetings, training sessions, and partner activities to represent the company and strengthen business relationships.
• Perform other duties related to sales, B2C partnership development, and event marketing as assigned by Management.
