Senior Marketing Specialist
About the Role
We are looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Senior Marketing Specialist to lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing initiatives that strengthen brand awareness, generate quality leads, and support business growth. The ideal candidate has strong experience in digital marketing, content creation, campaign management, and performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and optimize marketing strategies across digital and traditional channels.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
- Create engaging content for social media, websites, email marketing, blogs, and other digital platforms.
- Manage the company's social media accounts and online presence.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify industry trends to support marketing strategies.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives.
- Plan and manage events, webinars, product launches, and promotional activities when required.
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and communication channels.
- Manage the marketing calendar and ensure projects are delivered on schedule.
- Support business development and sales teams by creating marketing materials and lead generation campaigns.
- Recommend innovative marketing ideas and strategies to improve overall marketing performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
- At least 3–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in B2B, technology, or corporate environments.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, content marketing, SEO, SEM, and email marketing.
- Experience using marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms.
- Excellent copywriting, communication, presentation, and project management skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data and translate insights into strategies.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B marketing and lead generation.
- Knowledge of CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
- Experience in managing paid advertising campaigns.
- Familiarity with website content management systems (CMS) is an advantage.
