Sales and Marketing Officer

Responsibilities
• Contribute to the development of marketing strategies
• Develop plans and programs focused on high-value B2B clients, positioning the agency as a specialized provider for corporate offices or industrial sites.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth.
• Represent the company and attend client meetings for the purpose of closing potential deals and contracts.
• Answering client queries regarding the manpower services.
• Use various channels like social media, email campaigns, and market research to identify and nurture prospective clients.
• Prepare content for the publication of marketing material and oversee distribution
• Designing and implementing marketing plans for company products.
• Joining in a bidding process of the Local Government Unit (LGU)
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field
• At least 1 to 3 years of experience in sales or marketing field
• Experience in Local Government Unit (LGU) bidding process
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Proficiency in basic business software applications
• Proficiency in content creation and management using Canva and other media platforms
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with the clients
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work well within a team environment
• Willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig City.
