Business Development Representative

The role involves sourcing and engaging local merchants, assisting in TikTok recruitment events, and conducting business communications in both Chinese and Filipino. This is a flexible opportunity for students or recent graduates to gain hands‑on experience in e‑commerce and business development. Job Responsibilities
- Support TikTok recruitment roadshows by sourcing and developing local merchants, brands, and supply chain partners.
- Communicate in both Chinese (Mandarin) and Filipino to explain onboarding policies and incentive programs.
- Handle on‑site presentations, business negotiations, client follow‑ups, and data tracking.
Requirements
- Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) and Filipino , capable of business‑level communication.
- Familiarity with TikTok Shop or the Philippine e‑commerce landscape is a plus.
- Outgoing, proactive, and responsible; able to participate in offline events.
- Open to current university students, recent graduates, and part‑time applicants .
