Technical Sales Executive

Job Summary Responsible for generating sales leads, converting opportunities into revenue, and maintaining exceptional customer service standards to achieve sales targets. Job Responsibilities Generate and qualify sales leads through prospecting, networking, and business development activities. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products, services, or technical solutions. Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and client meetings. Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and sales agreements. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Follow up on inquiries and sales opportunities to maximize conversion rates. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers. Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals. Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sales process. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline updates. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities. Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates for management. Address customer concerns and provide effective solutions to maintain customer satisfaction.
