Job Summary

The Food Systems & Technical Services Manager is responsible for establishing standardized production systems, technical documentation, and operational procedures that support consistent execution across commissary and restaurant operations. The role works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product implementation and continuous operational improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop standardized systems for food production and operational execution.
• Ensure recipes and production methods are commercially executable.
• Manage Bill of Materials (BOM), technical documentation, and product specifications.
• Lead Technical Assistants and SAP Support personnel.
• Partner with Engineering on workflow optimization and capacity planning.
• Collaborate with Training teams to support technology transfer and operational readiness.
• Ensure alignment with food safety and quality standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across production processes.
• Resolve operational and technical challenges through root cause analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 8–10 years of experience in food manufacturing, R&D, or technical operations.
• At least 5 years of managerial experience.
• Strong background in process standardization, documentation, and operational excellence.
• Experience in commissary, food manufacturing, or restaurant operations is highly preferred.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
