Description - Oversee daily store operations to ensure a smooth and efficient running of the business.
- Manage and mentor staff, fostering a positive team environment and addressing performance issues.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to enhance store visibility and sales.
- Analyze sales reports and customer feedback to drive inventory and service improvements.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure all customer inquiries are addressed promptly.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication skills, strong work ethic, marketing knowledge
- Skills and Competencies: Teamwork, analytical skills, attention to detail
- Qualities and Traits: Problem solver, team player with strong sales management abilities
- Responsibilities and Duties: After-sales management, customer management, branding experience is a plus
