1. Sales & Business Development
- Conduct daily "beat" or route visits to sari-sari stores, wholesalers, and supermarkets within Zamboanga Del Sur.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and collection goals.
- Negotiate shelf space and "prime positions" for our products.
- Expand product distribution across Zamboanga City and nearby areas.
2. Relationship & Reporting
- Build strong rapport with store owners and procurement officers.
- Prepare daily sales reports, collection summaries, and feedback on competitor activities.
- Handle customer complaints or "Bad Orders" (damaged goods) according to company policy.
