Description - Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract, hire, and retain top talent.
- Oversee employee relations and ensure a positive workplace culture.
- Coordinate payroll processing and employee benefits administration.
- Facilitate training programs and leadership development initiatives.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 2–5 years of relevant HR experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong recruiting, employee relations, payroll management, and talent acquisition skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication and presentation skills with a focus on collaboration.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Proven ability to manage HR projects and initiatives effectively.
- Working Conditions: Office-based role with occasional travel for recruitment and training events.
