Reports to: Customer Supervisor/Customer Manager
Department: Retail Sales & Operations
Job Summary
The main role of the Store Pharmacist is to ensure that every customer interaction results in a very positive experience that will translate to sales, customer loyalty and growth in customer base.
With the Company’s focus on homegrown leadership, the Store Pharmacist position performs a wide variety of functions including sales, merchandising, inventory control, cashiering and other operational tasks.

4.1 Demonstrates ‘Beginner’ proficiency level in operational competencies, business, people, and leadership competencies.

4.4 Discreet and very professional
4.5 Personable and with very good communication skills
4.6 Patient, respectful and tactful

4.8 Good in time management
4.9 Capable of multi-tasking and working under pressure
4.10 Capable of handling changing requirements or demands
4.11 Must be a Licensed Pharmacist
