Human Resources Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated and people-oriented HR Manager to join our growing team. The HR Manager will play a key role in shaping our workplace culture, managing HR operations, and ensuring our people strategies align with the company’s goals. You will oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, from recruitment and training to employee relations and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the HR department, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems to ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.
• Manage employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary procedures.
• Design and deliver training programs to support employee development and retention.
• Handle compensation, benefits, and payroll coordination.
• Drive initiatives that promote employee engagement, wellness, and positive workplace culture.
• Provide guidance and support to managers on HR-related matters.
• Maintain HR records and generate reports for management decision-making.
• During probationary period, lead the creation and completion of the Company Employee Manual (policies, guidelines, and HR processes) in coordination with management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 2–3 years of HR management experience (telecommunications, or technical field operations).
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with integrity.
• Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
