Planning, Analysis & Reporting
- Participate in the annual budget and monthly estimates process for assigned brands
- Review and analyze productivity, COGS, category mix, A&P, and other key performance metrics to optimize brand performance
- Collaborate with regional demand planning teams and affiliates to validate net sales and forecast reconciliations
- Provide independent evaluation of brand financial forecasts and assess financial risks or opportunities
- Manage month-end activities, mainly accruals, for brands
- Monitor month-end closing processes
- Prepare NS estimate landing
- Generate month-end reports for PH Affiliate and Region
- Coordinate with Cluster Shared Service team/GenPact/local accounting firms on accounting matters as needed
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the business
