- Manage oversee clinical operations and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Maintain up to date, clear and accurate client care plans, records and meet administrative requirements in accordance with policies, procedures and funding guidelines.
- Lead and mentor medical staff to promote high standards of patient care.
- Develop and implement clinical protocols and guidelines.
- Manage budget and resource allocation for clinical services.
- Collaborate with administration to enhance service delivery and patient outcomes.
- Promote a strong customer focused culture.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related healthcare field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in clinical settings, preferably in a leadership role.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong nursing skills, knowledge of healthcare initiatives, and keen attention to detail.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced clinical environment with potential for irregular hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a passion for patient care.
