Sr Director - Process Excellence

Senior Director leading a global Process Excellence team within Johnson & Johnson Global Services. Responsible for strategy, portfolio management, and culture development across Continuous Improvement and Process Intelligence disciplines supporting finance, HR, and procurement functions.
Responsibilities
- Develop short, mid, and long-term Process Excellence strategies supporting Global Services objectives
- Oversee two specialized teams: Continuous Improvement (Black Belt-level resources) and Process Intelligence (advanced analytics)
- Manage portfolio of process improvement projects, tracking status, value realization, and ROI
- Directly sponsor and participate in steering committees for high-impact initiatives
- Drive enterprise-wide continuous improvement culture embedding CI as core operational competency
Requirements
- Leadership experience managing global teams across multiple disciplines and locations
- Deep expertise in Lean Six Sigma methodology and process improvement frameworks
- Advanced analytics knowledge, preferably with process mining or task mining tools
- Portfolio and project management experience with demonstrated ability to track value delivery
- Strategic planning capability aligned with enterprise objectives
- Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
