Description - Oversee daily operations of the clinical department to ensure high quality patient care.
- Manage and support clinical staff, including training, development, and performance assessments.
- Develop and implement clinical protocols and procedures in compliance with regulations.
- Coordinate with other departments to facilitate effective patient care and service delivery.
- Monitor quality assurance initiatives and lead improvement projects to enhance service delivery.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 3–5 years of experience in a clinical management role.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership abilities and interpersonal skills.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in clinical software and electronic medical records (EMR).
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with a patient-focused mindset.
