As an Oracle Director, you will lead the charge in utilizing and managing the Oracle suite of software and technologies to optimize operational efficiency for our clients. Within our Digital Core Modernization network, you will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support to enable seamless integration and utilization of business applications. As a Director, you will set the strategic direction and lead business development efforts, making impactful decisions while overseeing multiple projects and maintaining executive-level client relations. You are expected to be a guardian of the company's reputation, understanding that quality, integrity, inclusion, and a commercial mindset are foundational to our success.

In this role, you will drive business growth, shape the direction of client engagements, and mentor the next generation of leaders. You will develop new ideas, solutions, and structures, promoting technological advances and creating an environment where people and technology thrive together. By identifying gaps in the market, you will convert opportunities into success for the firm, all while adhering to professional and technical standards.

Responsibilities

• Leading strategic direction and business development efforts within Oracle technology consulting
• Overseeing installation, configuration, administration, and support of Oracle products and solutions
• Driving business growth by identifying market gaps and converting opportunities into success
• Shaping client engagements and maintaining executive-level client relations to maximize satisfaction
• Mentoring the next generation of leaders and fostering a collaborative environment
• Promoting technological advances and creating environments where people and technology thrive
• Developing new ideas, solutions, and structures to drive thought leadership
• Solving complex problems by exploring multiple angles and using creativity
• Balancing long-term, short-term, detail-oriented, and big picture thinking
• Making strategic choices and driving change by addressing system-level enablers- Cultivating potential in others and actively teaming across the client's Network

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 14 to 20 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer Science, Computer and Information Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science
• At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in technical, integration, database, or related Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) domains
• Leading strategic technology planning and business transformation initiatives
• Utilizing Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF) and Oracle BI Publisher
• Promoting innovation and embracing change in dynamic environments
• Developing new ideas and solutions to drive thought leadership
• Cultivating potential in others through mentoring and coaching

Additional Details

• Work Setup: Hybrid (2-3x a week) or 10-11 days in 1 month
• Work Location: BGC, Taguig
• Work Schedule: Between 2PM - 4PM to 11PM - 1AM (Flexible)
