Description - Develop and maintain relationships with key clients to drive satisfaction and retention.
- Coordinate internal resources to ensure timely delivery of solutions to clients.
- Identify sales opportunities and lead efforts to achieve targeted revenue.
- Analyze client needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance value.
- Prepare and present account status reports and forecasts to management.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in account management or a related field.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
