- Act as the primary point of contact of assigned accounts
- Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Develop strategic plans to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales growth.
- Coordinate with internal teams to fulfill client needs and execute contracts.
- Conduct presentations and meetings to communicate value propositions and product offerings.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvements.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant field
- Experience Level: 1-3 years in account management or sales
- Skills and Competencies: Strong public speaking and negotiation skills
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in sales management and customer relationship management
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
