Accounting Manager

- Manage the accounting team and oversee daily operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting principles.
- Prepare financial statements and reports to provide insights into company performance.
- Conduct financial analysis, including budgeting and forecasting, to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure timely processing of accounts payable and receivable to maintain positive cash flow.
- Implement and improve financial processes and accounting systems for enhanced efficiency.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in accounts payable, accounts receivable, financial statements, and financial analysis
- Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of financial modeling, bookkeeping, and general accounting principles
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Working Conditions: Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities
