Accounting Manager

- Oversee end-to-end accounting operations.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with accounting standards.
- Supervise and support the accounting team in day-to-day operations.
- Assist in budget preparation, financial forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Monitor internal controls and implement process improvements as needed.
- Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies during audits.
- Prepare and file BIR tax returns and respond to BIR LOA, if required.
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and reports.
- Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA license is required.
- With 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience in Accounting and supervisory roles.
- Strong knowledge of the end-to-end accounting cycle.
- Preferably knowledgeable in Taxation, BIR tax return filing, and handling BIR LOA (not required but an advantage).
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and time management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
