We’re hiring for Customer Service Representative - Non Voice Property Insurance Acc at Everise Ortigas . Apply now and be part of the team!
Walk-in Application:
- 4F Cyberpark Tower 1, Araneta, Quezon City (Recruitment Hub)
- Monday to Friday | 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Professionally handles high volume inbound calls to quickly identify and resolve customer issues
- Presents new products and services
- Enhance customer experience and satisfaction
- Demonstrate ability to gauge customer response
- Thoroughly and efficiently gather customer information, assess, and fulfill customer needs, and educate customer
- Resolve customer issues via one-call resolution guidelines and/or escalated process
- Meet or exceed company and client performance metrics
- Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact our client and its customers
- Responsible for call disposition or compiling and generating reports as required

Qualifications:
- No BPO Experience required for College Graduates!
- Undergraduates or SHS/HS (old curriculum): at least 6 months of BPO Experience
- Good to excellent communication skills
- Willing to work on shifting schedules
- Comfortable with an onsite setup
- Preferably residing in or near Cubao, Mandaluyong, Pasig or nearby areas!
