Payroll Associate (Open for Fresh Grads)

- Manage the payroll process for employees in an accurate and timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, compensation, and benefits.
- Assist in the preparation of payroll-related reports and documentation.
- Maintain confidentiality of all payroll information.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in payroll or related field.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent Communication Skills, Attention to Detail, Knowledge of Payroll and Compensation and Benefits.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong analytical skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in payroll audits and support with payroll systems upgrades when necessary.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours.
