- Provide exceptional customer service support to ensure a positive experience.
- Utilize the English language fluently for both written communications and voice interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and resolve issues.
- Assist in the onboarding of new customers and guide them through our services.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
- Experience Level: No experience required; fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong customer service skills with a focus on satisfaction.
