- PC/Laptop setup installation
- Email account creation
SYSTEM ADMINISTRATION AND MANAGEMENT TASK
- CCTV monitoring and reviewing
- Network setup and maintenance
- Provide IT support that needed from another Department
- Inventory updating of company Asset
- Company ID
- Birthday Banner
HARDWARE MAINTENANCE
- Monitor daily physical maintenance of computers
- Ensure the proper network connection of computers
- Informs management; of any computer damage or computers that need maintenance/ repair and replacement
- Conduct regular spot check for proper functioning of computer and server
- Troubleshooting of workstation and server when necessary
- Assisting logistic personnel for delivery receiving, if needed
