We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to maintain and troubleshoot IT systems, ensuring smooth and efficient operations across our organization.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Install and configure systems, applications, and devices
- Provide first-level support for desktop and IT-related concerns
- Maintain and update technical documentation
- Troubleshoot and repair faults across various platforms
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Experience Level: Fresh graduate or student with relevant internship experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and technical proficiency.
