Description - Provide technical support for hardware and software issues in a timely manner.
- Assist users with troubleshooting and resolving IT-related problems.
- Maintain and update IT documentation and knowledge base.
- Install and configure computer systems and applications.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to enhance system performance.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
