Technical Support Representative

- Basic knowledge in computer repair, printer repair, network and CCTV installation.
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely manner.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in the support ticketing system.
- Collaborate with other team members to enhance service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent; additional certification in IT would be a plus.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in a technical support role or customer service.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Commitment to providing outstanding customer service and support.
- Working Conditions: Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed.
