Recruitment Team Lead

Description - Lead and manage the recruitment team to achieve hiring goals.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and processes.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to measure success and areas for improvement.
- Conduct interviews and assist in the selection of candidates.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: At least 3rd year College Undergraduate
- Experience Level: 1 year of experience as a Recruitment Team Lead in a BPO company
- Skills and Competencies: Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Skills and Competencies: Wide knowledge about other sourcing channels/sourcing strategies
- Qualities and Traits: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Qualities and Traits: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
