We are looking for a Content and Brand Producer who will be responsible for transforming marketing strategy into engaging, high-quality content across multiple channels. The role combines copywriting, social media management, graphic design, sales collateral development, and AI-assisted content production.

Success in this role means consistently delivering professional, brand-compliant content that strengthens the company's reputation, supports lead generation, and equips the sales team with high-quality marketing materials.

Key Duties

Content Marketing & Thought Leadership

1. Develop and maintain an editorial calendar aligned with campaign priorities.
2. Research, write, edit, and publish long-form articles.
3. Create executive and sales-led LinkedIn content.
4. Repurpose content into email campaigns, social media posts, blogs, and sales assets.
5. Produce compelling B2B thought leadership content in Australian English.

Social Media Management

1. Manage LinkedIn as the primary organic marketing channel.
2. Schedule and publish content across company and executive profiles.
3. Create employer branding and culture-focused content.
4. Monitor engagement and identify sales enquiries for CRM follow-up.
5. Maintain a professional and commercially relevant brand voice.

Creative Design & Brand Management

1. Design presentations, brochures, capability statements, case studies, proposals, and marketing collateral.
2. Maintain visual consistency across all branded assets.
3. Develop reusable templates and design systems.
4. Produce AI-assisted graphics and creative assets while ensuring quality control.
5. Maintain an organised library of approved marketing materials.

Campaign & Sales Enablement

1. Produce campaign assets including banners, email graphics, social content, presentations, and collateral.
2. Create customer success stories and case studies.
3. Support the sales team with current marketing materials.
4. Ensure all collateral reflects current branding and messaging.

AI-Enabled Content Production

1. Use AI tools to improve content production speed and efficiency.
2. Review, edit, and fact-check AI-generated content.
3. Improve workflows through automation, templates, and documented processes.
4. Continuously identify opportunities to increase production efficiency without compromising quality.

Requirements

• Exceptional written English with the ability to confidently write in Australian English.
• Strong storytelling and copywriting skills.
• Creative with an eye for professional design.
• Highly organised and deadline-driven.
• Excellent proofreading and editorial skills.
• Strong attention to detail and brand consistency.
• Commercially aware and understands B2B marketing.
• Comfortable working independently from strategic briefs.
• Curious about AI, marketing trends, and emerging technologies.
• Collaborative and responsive to stakeholder feedback.
