Employment Type: Full-Time, Onsite Number of Vacancies: 1 Monthly Salary: ₱90,000–₱120,000 (Negotiable; higher offers may be considered based on qualifications and experience) About the RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Officer fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English to join our team in Pasay City.
The successful candidate will handle daily financial transactions, maintain accurate financial records, prepare financial reports, and support budgeting, reconciliation, and other financial operations.
The ideal candidate has a solid background in finance or accounting, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication skills in both Mandarin and English.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily financial transactions, including payments, reimbursements, and expense processing.
Review invoices, payment requests, and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness.
Maintain accurate financial records and prepare periodic financial reports.
Monitor budgets, cash flow, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
Perform bank reconciliations and verify the accuracy of financial transactions.
Assist with monthly financial closing, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Coordinate with HR, Administration, and other departments regarding financial matters.
Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and applicable Philippine tax and regulatory requirements.
Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, strengthen internal controls, and support cost management.
Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English , with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or a similar role.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with accounting or financial management software.
Solid understanding of financial reporting, expense management, and bank reconciliation.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
High level of accuracy, integrity, accountability, and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
Experience handling financial transactions or records for multiple companies is an advantage.
