Management Personnel (Chinese speaking / English/Tagalog)

As a management personnel team at MANY Q , you are responsible for fully coordinating and managing the company’s operational affairs to ensure the efficient functioning of all departments. The main responsibilities include:
Human Resources Management
- Responsible for recruiting, training, and evaluating employees to optimize human resource allocation.
- Organize employee relationship management, coordinate teamwork, and improve employee satisfaction.
- Develop HR policies to align with the company’s strategic goals.
Financial Management
- Oversee the company’s financial operations, control costs effectively, and improve capital utilization efficiency.
- Responsible for reviewing financial statements, budgeting, and financial risk management.
- Ensure financial operations comply with national laws, regulations, and company policies.
Food Delivery Management
- Manage and optimize food delivery platform operations to increase order volume and customer satisfaction.
- Supervise store-level food delivery execution, optimize delivery processes, and reduce operational costs.
- Handle customer complaints to ensure high-quality delivery service.
Training Management
- Develop and implement employee training programs to enhance overall team performance.
- Responsible for training in store management, service, and food safety.
- Establish training assessment mechanisms to ensure effective implementation.
Delivery Management
- Supervise the delivery team, optimize delivery routes, and improve delivery efficiency.
- Manage and evaluate delivery riders and develop incentive policies.
- Handle unexpected issues in the delivery process to ensure customer satisfaction.
