- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Manage a team of accountants, providing guidance and support.
- Collaborate with auditors and ensure timely completion of audits.
- Implement and maintain effective internal controls.
- Knowledgeable in tax reporting and its compliance
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in general accounting methods, financial statement analysis, tax reporting, and use of accounting software.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee accounts receivable/payable, maintain accurate bookkeeping, and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard hours; may require overtime during financial closing periods.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent written/verbal communication skills.
