Finance Supervisor

Job Overview We are looking for an experienced Finance Supervisor to lead our finance team and oversee daily accounting and financial operations. The ideal candidate has a solid background in finance, preferably within the logistics or transportation industry, and possesses strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day finance and accounting operations. Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements and management reports. Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations. Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing processes. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies. Coordinate internal and external audits. Monitor financial performance and recommend process improvements. Lead, coach, and develop the finance team. Collaborate with other departments to support business operations and financial objectives. Perform other duties assigned by management. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Minimum of 3–4 years of finance work experience. Experience in the logistics or transportation industry is required. Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is preferred. Experience using the NCC system is an advantage. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, budgeting, and taxation. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
