Description - Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and create job descriptions.
- Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to expand candidate outreach.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology or a related field.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple roles simultaneously.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Stay current with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
