Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
