Job description:
We are looking for a strategic Pricing/Project Quotations Officer who will be responsible in providing suppliers information on product inquiries and quotations direct from our international suppliers.
Responsibilities:
- Handles quotes or inquiries of product direct from our international suppliers.
- Assists the organization in understanding how to use pricing to help drive key strategic and tactical business objectives.
- Directly communicates with international/global suppliers.
- Ensures up-to-date on the pricing market of products.
- Reviews and responds to daily inquiries of products.
- Knowledgeable in warrant claims and familiarity in basic accounting principles
- Update the pricing of suppliers on a timely manner and disseminate information across the business unit.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any 4-year course
- At least 2 years of relevant industry experience
- Knowledge of MS Office Applications like MS Outlook and Excel
- General understanding in the quotation process and documentation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated analytical and statistical problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with global suppliers and top management.
- Highly organized and detail oriented.
