- Minimum 5 years requirement
- Experience in Construction Company is REQUIRED
- Willing to Work in Manila
- Willing to Start ASAP
- Sourcing & Vendor Management: Research, identify, and evaluate potential suppliers; build and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Negotiation & Cost Control: Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts to achieve cost savings and best value.
- Procurement Operations: Create purchase orders, track orders, process invoices, and manage payments.
- Inventory & Quality Control: Monitor stock levels, inspect deliveries for quality, report issues, and arrange reorders.
- Reporting & Compliance: Maintain records, prepare reports, and ensure purchases comply with company policies and regulations.
- Collaboration: Work with internal teams (finance, warehouse, production) to understand needs and align purchasing with business goals.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency with purchasing software and systems.
- Knowledge of market trends and procurement best practices.
- Often requires a degree in a related field and relevant experience.
