Social Media & Lead Generation Specialist

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media & Lead Generation Specialist to support our marketing and business development efforts. This role is responsible for managing our social media presence, creating engaging content, generating qualified leads through social media and outreach strategies, and building relationships with potential customers. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and passionate about increasing brand awareness, generating high-quality leads, and driving business growth. 

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the company's social media presence across multiple platforms.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content aligned with the company's brand.
• Generate qualified leads through social media, online outreach, and other lead generation channels.
• Engage with potential customers by responding to inquiries, messages, and comments professionally.
• Research and identify new business opportunities and target audiences.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospects through consistent communication and follow-up.
• Monitor social media performance and recommend strategies to improve engagement and lead generation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing campaigns and business development initiatives.
• Maintain organized records of leads, outreach activities, and campaign performance.

Job Requirements (Required)

• Proven experience managing business social media accounts.
• Demonstrated experience in lead generation and prospect outreach.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Strong copywriting, content creation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other major social media platforms.
• Experience using social media management tools such as Meta Business Suite, Buffer, or Hootsuite.
• Ability to communicate professionally with internal teams and external prospects.
