Leads Generation Specialist
FML Property Management, OPC
We’re a Property Management Company handling construction-related projects — including renovations, fit-outs, and similar developments — and we’re looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to help us find and close potential clients.
● Identify and reach out to potential clients needing:
- repair (carpentry, plumbing, painting, etc)
- renovation,
- fit-out,
- design
- design and build
- property management (rentals & maintenance)
● Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads.
● Coordinate with our team to close deals.
Requirements
- Experience in lead generation or sales (preferably in construction or real estate)
- Excellent communication skills
- Goal-driven and results-oriented
