Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Technical Account Location: Cebu City Work Setup: Onsite Job Summary We are looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) for a Technical Account to provide exceptional customer support and technical assistance to clients. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, tech-savvy, and capable of resolving technical concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, or chat.
• Assist customers with technical issues, troubleshooting, and product/service inquiries.
• Diagnose basic to intermediate technical concerns and provide step-by-step resolutions.
• Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the appropriate support teams.
• Document customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions accurately in the system.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and customer satisfaction during all interactions.
• Meet performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, customer satisfaction, and attendance.
• Stay updated on company products, services, troubleshooting processes, and system changes.
• Follow company policies, data privacy standards, and quality assurance guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve customer support processes.

• Open to College Fresh Graduates
• Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Basic to intermediate technical troubleshooting skills.
• Good problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Willing to work onsite in Cebu City.
• Amenable to shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays if required.
