Customer Service Representative – Insurance Account Location: Cebu City (Onsite) Job Type: Full-Time Salary: Up to ₱26,000 per month About the Role As a Customer Service Representative, you will assist customers with insurance-related inquiries, including policy information, coverage details, claims, billing concerns, and account updates. Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through phone, chat, or email
- Assist with policy information, coverage, claims, and billing concerns
- Provide accurate information about insurance products and benefits
- Support customers with account updates and policy-related requests
- Document customer interactions accurately in the system
- Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate team when needed
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer service standards
- High School or Senior High School Graduate
- College undergraduate or graduate is an advantage
- Must have at least 3 to 6 months of BPO/Call Center experience
- Good English communication skills
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer skills and ability to multitask
- Willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule
- Up to ₱26,000 monthly salary
