What You Will Do Handle inbound customer inquiries, requests, and concerns via voice channels. Provide accurate information regarding products, services, or account policies. What We Are Looking For Education: Open to all educational backgrounds (At least High School graduate). Experience: Open to both freshers (no experience required) and experienced BPO professionals. Communication Skills: Good to excellent English conversational skills. Tech-Savvy: Basic computer navigation and multi-tasking skills.
