Customer Sales Representative (No Experience Required)

Position Overview Are you a fresh graduate looking to kickstart your career in the BPO industry? Join our dynamic team in Cebu! We are actively hiring motivated individuals for our Sales Account. No prior customer service or BPO experience is required—we offer full paid training to set you up for success. Salary & Compensation Monthly Package: ₱20,000 – ₱24,000 (depending on qualifications/assessment results) Performance incentives and commissions Key Responsibilities Handle inbound/outbound calls to assist customers with product inquiries, options, and order processing. Recommend products and services that best fit customer needs. Meet daily and monthly sales targets and quality standards. Maintain accurate customer records and interaction details in the system. Qualifications Fresh Graduates are highly encouraged to apply! No CSR or sales experience required. At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate (K-12). Good English communication skills (verbal and written). Driven, goal-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
