The Food Attendant provides excellent service by assisting in food preparation, serving meals and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a positive dining experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Service:
- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take and deliver orders promptly and accurately.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, or concerns.
Food Preparation and Service:
- Assist in preparing food items according to established recipes and standards.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner.
- Refill condiments, utensils, and other dining supplies as needed.
Cleanliness and Maintenance:
- Ensure the dining area, kitchen, and service counters are clean and well-organized.
- Clean tables, chairs, and floors after customer use.
- Dispose of trash and ensure waste management is followed.
Safety and Compliance:
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
- Handle food and equipment safely to avoid contamination or accidents.
Teamwork:
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff, servers, and other team members.
- Assist in restocking inventory and supplies.
- Participate in training and staff meetings.
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
Previous experience in food service or hospitality (advantageous).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic math skills for handling payments and orders.
Attention to detail and strong multitasking abilities.
