Job Summary
The Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing events, marketing campaigns, and client projects from start to finish. The role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to client expectations by coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders while maintaining high standards of quality and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Hospitality Management, Event Management, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Project Management, Event Management, Marketing, Advertising, or Client Servicing.
- Experience managing corporate events, brand activations, marketing campaigns, or experiential marketing projects is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com, ClickUp, or Microsoft Project) is an advantage.
