Position Title: Project Engineer (Refrigeration)

Immediate Head: Project Manager /President & CEO

Department: Project Management

Job Overview: The position is responsible for the

engineering and technical disciplines needed to complete a project. The jobs

primary goal to plan projects, establish project criteria, coordinate project

reviews, and ensure the proper implementation of project elements.

Job Requirements:

· Registered Mechanical Engineer

· Less than a year’s experience in project management work (with mechanical or electro-mechanical scopes)

·Fresh graduates are welcome as long as interested in site project management

· Must have an updated driver’s license (2 wheels / 4 wheels)

· Resident of Muntinlupa/ Laguna preferred.

Job Description:

a. Preparing, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring of awarded company construction projects.

b. Formulating project parameters and assigning responsibilities to the most capable employees, project-based workers, subcontractors and monitoring the project team.

c. Interacting with clients, understanding their needs and requirements, and representing the company in the field.

d. Performing quality control tasks on budgets, schedules, plans, and personnel performance and reporting on the project's status.

e. Cooperating and communicating with the project manager and other project participants and collaborating with concerned engineers to create more efficient project methods and to maintain the project's profitability.

f. Reviewing the engineering tasks and initiating the necessary corrective actions.

g. Developing specifications for the project's needed equipment.

h. Creating frameworks to measure the project's metrics and data collection.

i. Ensuring the project's compliance with the applicable construction related safety standards.

j. Other duties and responsibilities assigned by management/ immediate head from time to time.
