Recruitment Assistant (Project-based)

The Recruitment Assistant supports the recruitment team in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates to ensure efficient hiring delivery. This project-based role provides strong exposure to volume hiring campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
• Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and social media
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate coordination
• Assist with interview scheduling and follow-ups
• Maintain ATS accuracy and recruitment trackers daily
• Support job posting and respond to applicant inquiries
• Prepare basic recruitment activity reports
• Ensure data privacy and confidentiality of candidate information
• Provide administrative and recruitment support as assigned
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR, or related field
• Entry-level recruitment or sourcing experience
• Open to fresh graduates with training/exposure in volume hiring or staffing environment
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in fast-paced projects
• Willing to work on-site or hybrid depending on project requirements
