The Healthcare Support Specialist provides professional and efficient assistance to customers regarding healthcare and account-related concerns. The role requires excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with account procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns related to healthcare services and accounts.
- Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions in a professional manner.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
- Resolve issues efficiently and escalate complex concerns when necessary.
- Follow company policies, account procedures, and confidentiality standards.
- Meet established quality, productivity, and customer service targets.
Qualifications
- College Graduate with at least 6 months BPO experience, or
- Completed 2 years in College with at least 6 months BPO experience
- Above-average English communication skills
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Good comprehension and attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Willing to work on weekends and holidays
- Must meet the required vaccination status
- Customer-focused, reliable, and professional
