Healthcare Customer Service Representative

Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions in a professional and courteous manner.

Assist customers by answering inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing accurate information.

Maintain accurate customer records and document all interactions in the system.

Meet quality, productivity, and performance metrics set by the company.

Follow company policies, procedures, and data privacy regulations.

Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.

Collaborate with team members to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.

Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

Job Requirements

•College Graduate with at least 6 months BPO experience (Voice/Non voice/local/international will do)

• Completed 2 years in college with at least 6 months BPO experience (Voice/Non voice/local/international will do)

•Above Average English communication skills

•Good interpersonal skills

•Analytical and problem solving skills

•Good comprehension skills

•Basic knowledge with MS Office

•Willing to work on weekends and holidays
