Description - Provide exceptional customer service and support for healthcare accounts.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries effectively.
- Assist customers with account issues, billing questions, and service inquiries.
- Document customer interactions in the database accurately.
- Work collaboratively with team members to enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in customer service or healthcare support.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Problem-solving attitude and ability to work under pressure.
- Working Conditions: Office-based role with some flexibility in work hours. Work onsite.
